Looking for my keys inside, but they are actually outside

I was looking for my keys in the room and could not find it

I kept looking and looking

I was so sure keys were inside

But then it turned out that keys were outside on my door

All spiritual teachings tell us to look within

But it is usually something misunderstood

Some people always blame others

Some people always blame themselves

Some say we are responsible of our feelings and reactions and they put everything on themselves

Yes this is partly true

We do need to look within

but sometimes we also need to look out and see what shapes within

Within and without

all related and connected

If we only look within our view will be limited

but when we also look out, we will see that not always we are the source

of pain and disturbance

and sometimes by changing that thing out

we can bring some healing
